Roisin Coulter has been the Chief Executive of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust since May 2021.

She is a nurse by profession, beginning her career in Great Ormond Street and Charing Cross Hospitals in London, prior to returning to Northern Ireland in 1992.

Before her appointment as Chief Executive, Roisin was the Director of Planning, Performance and Informatics and a member of the Executive Management Team for almost 10 years, so she is steeped in knowledge and has gained extensive experience while working in the Trust.

Roisin believes that it is a privilege to lead the South Eastern Trust where she has devoted over thirty years of her career and she remains committed to the organisation being a great place to work, a great place to live and a great place for care and support.

Roisin is dedicated to the over 12,000 fantastic staff who work across the Trust and she will continue to ensure that patients and services users are at the heart of everything – their safety and wellbeing is her priority.

Roisin is determined to continue serving the community and to promoting the culture and values which have been developed in the South Eastern Trust.
