Chief Executive, Roisin Coulter
To lead and direct the Trust to ensure delivery of efficient and effective health and social services within allocated resources and the policies and practices of sound corporate governance. The Chief Executive is the Trust’s accountable officer to the DHSSPS for all matters relating to the performance of the Trust and the discharge of delegated statutory functions.
Roisin Coulter, who began her career as a nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London in 1987, has been appointed as the Chief Executive of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.
Roisin moved back to Northern Ireland in 1992 and has devoted 34 years to Health and Social Care.
Roisin has been a member of the Trust’s Senior Management Team for the past 9 years in the role of Director of Planning, Performance and Informatics.
