The South Eastern Trust is committed to offering a range of ways the public can engage with the public consultation process about the future provision of Urgent and Emergency Care in the Ards and North Down area. It is therefore hosting a series of in person and online events. These meetings will offer an opportunity for you to both listen and have a conversation about the proposed changes.
Public Engagement event – in person

The Trust has opened a registration process for a planned public event on 6 March 2023. Please note that the venue has a maximum capacity and in addition to accessibility requirements, a priority for the Trust is to ensure public safety.
To guarantee your place at this event it is advised to register in advance by clicking here OR (for anyone unable to register online) you can reserve a seat by phoning the booking line on: 028 9055 0434 and stating your name, telephone number and any specific accessibility or communication requirements. The telephone booking line and online registration will be open until Monday 6 March 2023.
The hours of operation for the telephone booking line will be Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 4.30pm.
Online registrations will close at 4.30pm on Monday 6 March 2023.
Parking arrangements
Please note that in addition to parking at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex, parking will be available at Ards Community Hospital, Church Street, Newtownards.

As parking is limited, it is advised to leave an appropriate amount of time in planning your attendance at this event.
