Trust Board sets the strategic direction of the Trust, reviews performance and quality outcomes, determines effective stewardship of resources and ensures the highest standards of governance are maintained.
Trust Board meetings are held at Trust Headquarters, Ulster Hospital, Dundonald and members of the public are very welcome to observe proceedings.
Trust Board agendas are published on this page in draft form two weeks before each meeting with a final version released one week ahead of time. Relevant Board papers will also be published here after each meeting. Following approval, the minutes from the previous meeting along with remaining papers will be available to access.
