To enable you to get your Staff ID Badge and Security access, it is vital that you complete and email the following form along with a passport size photograph to access.control@setrust.hscni.net , this will ensure you receive your ID Badge at the time of sign-on:

The Medical Staffing section of the Human Resources Department has a departmental section on the Trust i-Connect site, which you will be able to access on your arrival at the Trust.
This section will provide you with access/links to relevant Trust policies and procedures that you are required to read as part of your employment with the Trust.
FIT TESTING
The Trust currently uses the following four masks :
- DenPro DPL01
- 3M 9330+
- 3M 1863+
- Handanhy HY9330
It is expected that most trainees will have passed Fit Testing on one of the above masks, if this is the case please forward a copy of your Fit Testing Report to FIT.Testing@setrust.hscni.net .
If you have not passed on any of the masks above or are unable to provide your Fit Testing Report please also contact FIT.Testing@setrust.hscni.net to arrange an appointment.
