Last year there were 187,011 Consultant Led Outpatient Appointments in the Trust.
However, a staggering 19,240 patients did not attend (DNA) or cancelled very late.
Please let us know if you no longer need your appointment or surgery, so another patient, who is still on a waiting list, can take your place.
We completely understand that sometimes issues can arise or you have decided to attend privately, just let us know, as soon as possible.
