A new relationship between people and the health care system
This is our health is designed to reshape how people and the health system work together.
It focuses on how people manage their health day to day and what they are willing to do differently in practice. It recognises that most of what shapes our health happens in everyday settings, like at home, with family and in our communities, not just when we use health and care services.
