Supported Living

The Trust encompasses several Supported Living schemes available to support individuals with a severe and enduring mental illness. These services support tenants in identifying short term and long term goals, in the form of a support plan which is tailored to individual need. A Recovery based approach is implemented, monitored and evaluated with support and guidance from the expertise of a highly skilled and trained multi-disciplinary Team.

Applications are heard at a monthly Supported Living Panel and regularly reviewed to ensure support continues to meet the needs of the individual. Placements are jointly funded and managed by Choice and Radius Housing Associations and Supporting People, Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
