Maggie Parks
As Director, Maggie is responsible for the delivery of services in Surgery, Woman & Acute Child Health and Elective Care across the Ulster, Lagan Valley and Downe Hospital sites. Maggie’s remit also includes Theatres, Anaesthetics, Critical Care, Pharmacy, Laboratory and Radiology Services.
Maggie is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience working in a range of hospital-based surgical specialties. Through the course of her career, Maggie has held a number of senior positions including Assistant Director, Surgery, before taking up her current post. Maggie holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
