The Ulster Hospital’s Forget Me Not Focus Group, set up within Maternity Services to bring together parents who have experienced the death of a child or baby, will host its annual Wreath Making workshop at West Church, Bangor on Thursday 27 November from 7pm-9pm.
An instructor will guide each attendee through the process, step by step to complete a beautiful wreath to decorate your home. The evening will be an opportunity for bereaved parents to come together and create a wreath in memory of their baby within a safe environment surrounded by parents that understand.
Bereavement Midwife at the Ulster Hospital Jacqueline Dorrian explained how the event is an opportunity, “To bring parents together for the craft event, to chat and make connections.”
Tickets are priced at £26 and light refreshments will also be served.
