Staff from Team 458 at Primark Newtownards have very kindly donated a selection of baby clothing, blankets, accessories and towels to the Neonatal Unit at the Ulster Hospital.
Store Manager, Catherine Millar and Colleague Conor Goodall, visited the Unit to deliver the items, which will be used by families during their time in the Neonatal Unit. The donation recognises the care and support provided to parents and babies during what can be a challenging time.
South Eastern Trust, Neonatal Unit Manager, Katrina Wilson, thanked the Primark Team for their generosity and said, “We are extremely grateful to the staff at Primark Newtownards for this wonderful donation. These items will be a great comfort to families while their babies are being cared for in the Neonatal Unit and will make a real difference during what can be an emotional and stressful time.
“Acts of kindness like this mean so much to both our families and our staff and we truly appreciate the thought and care that has gone into supporting our Unit.”
Making the donation to the Unit, Catherine Millar, added, “We are really thankful for the work that you do for our local community. It was a pleasure to visit the Unit to make the donation and to meet the wonderful team and proud mummy Erin with her beautiful daughter Alva.
“We are so glad that we could support the amazing work being carried out in the Neonatal Unit in the Ulster Hospital”
