Residents from Bangor’s Ravara Court were put through their paces as they donned their sweat bands to take part in chair aerobics and resistance band exercises.
South Eastern Trust Support Worker’s Julieann Crone and Julie Kehoe led the high energy class as enthusiastic residents entered into the spirit of keeping fit.
Ravara Court Manager Ashley Collins shared how the classes were filled with, “Music, laughter and fun.”
“At Ravara we are getting our residents together with staff to create safe, fun filled exercises to do and follow so that we can promote sessions to keep healthy and active. Our residents had an absolute ball during our most recent class and it is very much something we hope to continue.”
