The South Eastern Trust is inviting women to come together to mark World Menopause Day at a special evening event in Down Leisure Centre on Thursday 16 October 2025 from 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm.
This relaxed event will be an opportunity to celebrate, connect and support one another over a cuppa and some cake. There will be a presentation on breast awareness and those attending will also have the chance to have discussions that will help shape the future of local Menopause Cafés.
The Café’s create safe and supportive spaces for conversations around Menopause.
Attendance at the event is free, but places are limited.
