A diverse array of accomplishments and next step planning were the order of the day as part of the annual Regional Quality Improvement Programme for Social Work, Nursing and Midwifery. Hosted at the Quality Improvement Innovation Centre ‘QIIC’ at Ards Hospital, a ‘world café’ celebration saw almost 50 participants from across Northern Ireland, come together to acknowledge the commitment of those who had taken part.

Programme Coordinator Niall Ferguson said, “We have seen some fantastic projects today that are truly having a real and positive impact on service users, carers and staff. The acknowledgement from the Department of Health chief professional officers highlights how important this programme is in developing the leaders of the future.”

The next Programme cohort commences from March 11.  For further details contact qualityimprovement.academy@setust.hscni.net
