Café Connects across the South Eastern Trust served up a specially created menu to welcome in Lunar New Year. Eager to sample some of the culinary delights on offer, queues of lunchtime visitors, ‘snaked’ along the ground floor restaurants to sample classic staples such as Char Siu pork, Kun Pao chicken and honey and ginger beef.
In the middle of a busy service Café Connect Retail Manager Devorah Hernandez said, “This special menu is going really well and everyone is excited to celebrate the Lunar New Year today. This is something new and plans are in place as we go throughout the year to have more themed menus in Café Connect so watch this space!”
