
A South Eastern Trust Senior Information Analyst has been awarded a prestigious Elective Care Recognition Award for their contribution and “meticulous commitment” to ensuring patient pathways, which guide patient care, are accurate and timely as part of the digital patient record system encompass.
Described as a “model of best practice” Trust’s Lynn Irons has been acknowledged for providing advice, assistance and education on the importance of work queue monitoring and data quality in the digital system and provides training sessions across the encompass teams.
Lynn shared that she was “very grateful and honoured” to have received the Award. “This recognition reflects the dedication and work carried out by the Data Quality, and encompass teams, working in partnership with admin throughout the Trust. It’s been a challenge and privilege to be part of encompass and I’m committed to providing ongoing support and education for all staff.”
South Eastern Trust Assistant Director, Elective and Radiology Services Chris Allam who has worked closely with Lynn since the launch of encompass within the South Eastern Trust added, “Lynn is a true asset to the Trust – her dedication, enthusiasm and commitment is outstanding.
