12th December 2024
District Nurses and staff at Crossgar Clinic have decided to forgo their traditional Secret Santa gift exchange this year, choosing instead to spread kindness to those in need. The team have created food hampers for people and pet hampers for furry friends, ensuring a little extra cheer for the community this Christmas. Senior Nursing Assistant, Sandra Smyth explained why they chose to donate hampers this year saying, “Christmas is a time for giving and we wanted to make a difference for those who might need a bit of extra help this year. By putting together these hampers, we hope to bring some comfort and joy to both people and their pets.” This heart-warming gesture highlights the compassion and community spirit of the Crossgar Clinic team during this Christmas period.
